This peer-led simulation program is designed to develop the non-technical skills essential for safe and effective clinical practice. Delivered within the University of Sydney MD3 Critical Care block, it focuses on building situational awareness, decision-making, communication, teamwork, and leadership through structured, student-led learning

Sessions progress from foundational skills to managing complex clinical scenarios over 6 weeks. By prioritising peer learning and real-world clinical behaviour, this program supports the development of confident, reflective clinicians in high pressure environments.
